DPT Xpress Feb 2020 Starts Today at Deltin Royale Goa

The Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) Xpress begins its fourth edition today onboard Casino Deltin Royale in Goa. The live poker series will continue till March 1st.

This low-mid stake poker series attracts budding players as the buy-in for the main event is only Rs. 15,000 with the total buy-in for the entire series being Rs.40,000 (besides re-entries).

The first two DPT Xpress events were hosted at Casino Deltin Denzong in Gangtok, Sikkim in September 2018 and March 2019. Both the series hosted Rs 15K Main events with 67 and 63 entries, respectively.

In June 2019, the third DPT Xpress was hosted in Goa at Casino Deltin JAQK. This event was a hit with 205 entries in its Rs 15K Main Event. Anant Purohit won his first live title and Rs. 7.40 Lakhs prize money in the series.

This year, as the event is again being conducted in Goa, the organizers expect a spike in attendance.

The online satellite events for the series were held from 9-26th February on Adda52.com to practice the game and win a package to Goa including buy-in to all the four tournaments at DPT Xpress Feb ‘20.

The tournaments to be hosted during the series are 5K Burn N Turn, 5 Seat GTD Satellite to Main Event, 10K Deepstack Turbo, DPT Xpress 15K Main Event, and 2 Seat GTD DPT April ME Satellite. The Main Event will run from 29th Feb to 1st Mar.
