CricHeroes - Cricket Scoring and Managing App for Game Organisers
Ahmedabad-based CricHeroes is a cricket scoring app that enables grassroot cricket game organisers to manage their tournaments.
The app allows ball-to-ball and live scoring. It also enables organisers to manage a tournament with leaderboards, schedule, tournament page, sponsors, points table and so on. The app also offers cricket insights about opponents, own team, and other players.
Through CrickHeroes, one can follow Live score matches of games held by state and district level associations. There is a marketplace on the app where one can sell and purchase cricket products and services with cricket enthusiasts and professionals. One can also book cricket grounds, academies, umpires, commentators, etc. for games.
The cricket feed section of the app can be used to watch cricket videos, live matches, quizzes, tips, polls, trivias, rules, news and more. Organisers can also opt to get white-labeled version of the app for their tournaments.
CricHeroes was launched by cricket enthusiasts Abhishek Desai, Meet Shah, and Kuntal Shah, who started the platform in October 2016. Their app was developed to enable matches played at grassroots level to get access to match data like batting and bowling figures, strike rate, economy, etc.
The app enables young players to record data about their game to improve their play. The future vision for the platform is for it to be used by both newbies and professionals.
CricHeroes gives due credit to umpires, commentators and other stakeholders, so that game organisers can identify relevant talent and service providers for their cricket tournaments. This enables the app to highlight talent and create an ecosystem that supports development of cricket game and support skills.
As per their website, CricHeroes is used in 4000 cities across 50+ countries. They are also working with 15+ BCCI affiliated Associations and 20+ ICC affiliated Associations to score tournaments, analyze performances, and live stream matches.

During the lockdowns enforced globally due to the spread of COVID-19, the platform is focussing on improving its user experience. CricHeroes is also engaging its users with quizzes, polls, trivia, and local and international news while live matches are inaccessible.
