Spartan Poker Announce Nikita Luther Signing and India Online Poker Championship Dates

Nikita Luther signs for Spartan Poker

Spartan Poker has announced that Nikita Luther has joined the company as a Team Pro.

India's first and only World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, Luther had been a brand ambassador for Adda52 since 2016 but has now returned to Spartan. She was previously part of the Thrill Poker team.

Luther has been associated again with Spartan since February when she was spotted playing on the online platform and finished fourth in the Millionaire Legends for RS. 24.13 Lakhs. Luther also hosted 'Pinkvilla Goes Live' in partnership with Spartan in April.

Quoted at PokerGuru, Luther said: "I am thrilled to join the Spartan Poker family. They are the most innovative online poker platform in the country, and I am looking forward to working with them to help grow awareness about this beautiful game in the country. I am glad to be part of such a dynamic and prestigious brand."

And there was good news for poker fans with Spartan Poker also revealing that their much-awaited online series, the India Online Poker Championship (IOPC), will run from 9 July to 26 July, at official site www.indiapokerchampionship.com.

The second edition of the Championship will feature 113 events with a total of Rs. 25 Crores in guaranteed prize money.

In other poker tournament news, PokerBaazi has announced the Indian Micro Poker Series (IMPS) for small and mid-stake poker players - 13-26 July.
