Melbet App: Download on Android, Use It on iPhone

On Android, the Melbet app is an APK file that you download from Melbet’s own site, not from Google Play. On iPhone, Melbet has no app in India’s App Store, so you use Melbet’s mobile site in Safari. Melbet’s guide says one account works on the site and the app.

How to Get the Melbet App on Android

Download the Melbet app from Melbet’s own site, not from Google Play. Melbet’s own guide says the app is not on Google Play. It puts the download in the “Download mobile app” section at the bottom of Melbet’s site, under an Android button.

   Open Melbet's site in your phone's browser. Start from a link you know, and check the address.

   Scroll to the bottom and tap Android. The download is in the "Download mobile app" section. Your phone saves an APK file.

   Give your browser permission to install unknown apps. The name of this setting varies by phone.

   Open the file and tap Install. Then log in, or sign up if you are new.

   Let the app update itself. Melbet's guide says the app installs its updates when you open it.

Melbet’s guide lists Android 5.0 or later, with 6.0 or newer recommended, and about 100 MB of free space.

Melbet on iPhone

Melbet has no app in India’s App Store. We checked Apple’s App Store listings for India on 26 September 2026. A search for “melbet” returned 88 apps. None has Melbet in its name or comes from Pelican Entertainment B.V., the company Melbet’s guide names as its operator.

That company’s “Melbet: Live Sports Betting” is listed in Apple’s stores for Vietnam and Mongolia. A lookup of the same app in India’s store returned nothing.

Melbet’s own guide says its iPhone app is in the App Store. But its steps have you change your Apple account’s country and enter a billing address in Dakar, Senegal. We don’t suggest that: it means giving Apple an address that is not yours.

On iPhone, use Melbet’s mobile site in Safari. Melbet’s guide says the mobile site works on any phone with a modern browser. For an app-like shortcut, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Payments in India

Melbet’s guide for Indian players says Melbet accepts rupees (INR). It lists UPI, Paytm and Netbanking for deposits and withdrawals. It also says Melbet’s site and app have a Hindi version.

Melbet’s payment guide adds that the methods you see depend on your country. You find the full list in the deposit section once you have an account. It also sets three rules to know before your first withdrawal:

• You withdraw with the same method you used to deposit.
• Melbet may ask for ID before your first withdrawal.
• You pay from accounts in your own name. If not, Melbet may send the money back to the account’s owner.

The Melbet App or the Mobile Site?

Melbet’s guide says one account works on both, so on Android you can pick either. On iPhone, the mobile site is the route.

Avoid Look-Alike Sites and APK Download Sites

These are checks you can make yourself before you install the Melbet app or log in.

• The address in your browser bar. When we searched Google for “melbet app” and “melbet apk” on 26 September 2026, ten different websites with “melbet” in their address came up, not counting APK download sites. We could not confirm which of them, if any, belong to Melbet. Melbet’s own guide says its mirror sites use addresses that differ by extra letters or digits. It also warns that fraudulent and phishing sites exist. So “melbet” in an address proves nothing. Start from a link you know, check the address before you log in or pay, and bookmark the one you use.
• Install only from Melbet’s site. Skip APK download sites and APK files sent in chats. Apps on Google Play that use the Melbet name are not confirmed as Melbet’s own.
• Pages that look like Google Play. A real Google Play page’s address starts with play.google.com. In the same searches, two results were pages on government websites, one Indian and one Bangladeshi, titled like Google Play listings for Melbet.
• Android’s install prompt. Android blocks apps from outside Google Play until you allow them. On Android 8.0 and later, you allow one source at a time, such as your browser, on the “Install unknown apps” screen. Allow only the browser you used for Melbet’s download.
• Permissions. An app that asks for your contacts or SMS without a clear reason is a red flag.
• Never share an OTP. A one-time code sent by your bank, by UPI or by Melbet is for you to type in yourself. Never send it to anyone, even someone who says they are from Melbet’s support.
• Licence. Melbet’s own guide names Pelican Entertainment B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao, as its operator. On the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register of 21 September 2026, Pelican Entertainment B.V. holds licence OGL/2024/561/0554, listed as indefinite.
• Start small. Make a small first deposit, and try a small withdrawal before you add more.
